Customer Care is a web-based application compatible with every modern browser. The application’s purpose is to facilitate a company’s call center department in order to better record and keep logs of their customers phone call requests and notices. Customer Care supports custom and adaptable search criteria to retrieve data from the application’s database, an automatic email functionality and guarantees a fast and smooth user experience. The application is fully responsive to render well in a variety of devices (PC monitors, mobile phones, tablets etc) regardless of screen size. Customer Care is built on top of Microsoft’s ASP.NET framework, utilizes Microsoft SQL Server to store data in the application’s database and supports LDAP authentication.
